Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Health Information Customer Service Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support clinical follow up activities by requesting missing case information
• Answer inbound calls and emails addressing requests for general information and material requests
• Document status of activities on the system received for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications Include:

• Fluent in Spanish and English required
• 2+ years of demonstrated customer service experience required
• High School Diploma
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to work from a quiet environment with a strong internet connection is required
