Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Health Plan Customer Service Representative in Manhattan.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assess client’s health care needs and assists clients in choosing a health plan
• Educate clients on managed care
• Respond to enrollment services calls, provide responses to questions, mail information in response to request

Qualifications Include:

• Position will start off as Remote Work during training then will report to office
• Experience in customer service; knowledge of the community to be served
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Computer Skills, able to type
