Job Summary
A health insurance provider is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Health Plan Member Services Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Support inbound/outbound phone calls from members or providers
- Accurately document all member or provider calls
- Engage and collaborate with other departments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have at least a High School diploma
- Bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English
- Computer skills including word processing and excel
- Must understand and comply with HIPAA (patient privacy) regulations
