Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Health Provider Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to and resolving on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
- Educating customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care
- Contacting care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish
