Job Summary

A healthcare management company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Health Resource Coordinator Enrollment Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Routing messages to appropriate nurse and make pertinent notes in patient charts
• Working in multiple products receiving inbound calls from members, physicians, clients and others
• Using applications according to policies and guidelines to ensure quality delivery of services

Required Skills:

• High school degree or equivalent required
• 1 year experience in an office setting as a receptionist, telephone customer service or telemarketing representative
• Good communication skills via telephone with members, customers, peers and superiors; strong listening skills
• Confidence to ask for assistance and guidance when necessary
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM and has intermediate computer experience in a windows environment
