Job Summary

A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Benefits Specialist Call Center Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Effectively navigating multiple computer windows to access several databases in a proficient manner
• Providing accurate, information to incoming provider and member callers regarding claim status
• Handling all callers with efficiency, courtesy, and respect

Skills and Requirements Include:

• One (1) year medical claim experience
• Two (2) years high-volume call center experience
• Two (2) years Healthcare Industry / Health Insurance experience related to Medical and Dental Plan benefits
• Post-High School education, or equivalent experience
• Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 wpm
