Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Collections Specialist in Hialeah.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing collection follow up on delinquent and/or non-delinquent accounts for medical facilities
• Utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills to resolve patient accounts
• Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work one to three late days per week until 8-9pm CST or EST
• Ability to work one Saturday per month
• Fluency in spanish and english
• Ability to identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Ability to update the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account
• Ability to attend Privacy and Security Training
