A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating and following-up with plan members
- Ensuring understanding of the program while delivering exceptional customer service
- Answering the phones and responding to incoming inquiries
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- 2 to 4 years’ customer relationship and phone center experience
- Available to work 9:30-6:00 pm MT
- Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and contact center-style phone systems
- Prior healthcare industry experience
- A working knowledge of medical terminology and health benefits claim process
