A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Communicating and following-up with plan members
Ensuring understanding of the program while delivering exceptional customer service
Answering the phones and responding to incoming inquiries

Position Requirements Include:

Bilingual English and Spanish
2 to 4 years’ customer relationship and phone center experience
Available to work 9:30-6:00 pm MT
Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and contact center-style phone systems
Prior healthcare industry experience
A working knowledge of medical terminology and health benefits claim process
