Job Summary
A medical services company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Ensure accurate trip data input
- Receive and document customer concerns
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to read, write, and understand Spanish fluently
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Ability to accurately type 35wpm or more
