Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Inbound Call Center Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking as many as 75 calls per day from Medicaid customers who have questions about their health benefits
- Assisting them with PCP changes, locating Providers/Specialists, benefit coverages, authorizations
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish with the ability to read, write and speak fluently in English and Spanish
- Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone, within the United States
- Customer service experience
- Fluency in computer navigation, email, chats, efficient typing skills, and toggling across multiple databases
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
