Job Summary

A global healthcare company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Inside Sales Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from prospective members and identify the type of assistance and information
• Asking appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues
• Assisting the prospect in completion of the enrollment application

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation
• Sales experience
• Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of caller communication styles and personalities
