A senior healthcare company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Sales Development Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Generating qualified leads for Telesales Licensed Agents
- Building instant rapport with prospective members in order to gain confidence and trust
- Supporting inbound call campaigns from prospective members
Position Requirements Include:
- Computer savvy with ability to manage multiple screens and systems
- A passion for building strong relationships on the phone
- Ability to follow call guides and outlined procedures
- Ability to build rapport with prospective members and handle objections
- Bilingual for English and Spanish or English and Creole
