A billing and technology services company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Heavy Phones Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Forwarding calls as necessary to alternate billing departments
- Answering patient questions and address concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Answering heavy call volume in a remote call center environment
Position Requirements Include:
- Basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong computer skills
- Minimum typing of 40 wpm
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to handle large volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines
