An IT company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Help Desk Agent in Denver.
Must be able to:
- Assist end-users in resolving hardware and software issues
- Document, track and monitor the problem to facilitate a timely resolution
- Rely on established guidelines and instructions to perform daily job functions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates from a four-year college or university plus 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination
- Microsoft Office suite
- Spanish speaking and writing when providing custermer support via chat
