Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish High Risk SNP Registered Nurse Case Manager in the Miami Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing patient education to assist with self-management
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual skills (fluency in Spanish/English); speak, read and write
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida
- 3 years of experience in a hospital, acute care or direct care setting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and function in a high volume environment
- Intermediate / proficient level of experience with MS Office applications
- Multiple state licensure or ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses required
