Remote Bilingual Spanish Home Improvement Field Account Manager

Job Summary

An outdoor home improvement company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Home Improvement Field Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Recruiting new installers and get acceptance from them to work with us and move them to the trial phase
• Handing off newly recruited installers to the Sr PM of the region during the trial period
• Getting the installer to sign the subcontractor agreement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• 1 year of experience in remote recruiting
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in a related industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to negotiate contracts and build relationships with clients
