Job Summary
A facilities support company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Benefits Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with ACA waiting and measurement periods
- Process benefit-related changes in HRIS system pertaining to new hires / rehires
- Process of leaves to include personal leaves and FMLA
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of benefit program design
- Working knowledge of laws / compliance and related reporting
- Able to complete monthly vendor invoice reconciliation and payment
