Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Inbound Call Center Representative 2.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling 40-50 inbound calls daily from members in a fast-paced inbound call center environment
- Documenting accurate details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions
- Escalating unresolved and pending member grievances and appeals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated experience with providing exceptional customer service
- Prior experience managing multiple or competing priorities
- Prior experience effectively communicating with customers verbally and listening to their needs
- Accurate and complete documentation of member needs, inquiries, or questions
