A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Inbound Call Center Representative in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls/emails
- Providing excellent customer service
- Receiving and responding to email correspondence
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a call center environment
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual Spanish
