Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Inbound Calls Sales Counselor Trainee.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing product, underwriting, and sales knowledge
- Soliciting all information necessary to produce quotes and close sales in Spanish and English
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls as they relate to the Direct Sales marketing channel
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 1 year as a Sales Counselor Trainee
- High school diploma or GED
- A nonresident license is required for each state in which you will be conducting business
- Able to multi-task within a high-volume sales center environment
- Strong ability to make wise decisions quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
