Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Inbound Calls Sales Counselor Trainee.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Developing product, underwriting, and sales knowledge
Soliciting all information necessary to produce quotes and close sales in Spanish and English
Taking inbound and making outbound calls as they relate to the Direct Sales marketing channel

Qualifications for this position include:

Strong math and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 1 year as a Sales Counselor Trainee
High school diploma or GED
A nonresident license is required for each state in which you will be conducting business
Able to multi-task within a high-volume sales center environment
Strong ability to make wise decisions quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
