Job Summary
A credit union service organization is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Representative in St Petersburg.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from credit union members
- Helping resolve account issues and financial inquiries
- Building rapport and providing excellent customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to validate high school diploma or GED for pre-hire required
- Empathy and resilience in dealing with customers who need help
- Superior customer service skills and financial understanding
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems/online applications
- A secure and quiet environment and internet access
