Job Summary
A proprietary search technology company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving calls from child support client stakeholders
- Categorizing all calls received in one of the categories provided
- Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, or related
- Will accept equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse and 10 key pad
- Type a minimum of 35 WPM
