Job Summary
An inbound call center and answering service needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking incoming calls while following our exceptional call-handling guidelines
- Dispatching calls as needed per client instructions
- Communicating in a professional, positive and courteous manner with all clients, callers, and staff both external and internal
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Reside within a commutable distance to the Ocala, FL office for orientation and training
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and be available for extra shifts as needed; including adverse weather conditions
- Ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
- Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality and security as it pertains to clients as covered under our Electronic Communications Privacy
- Demonstrated excellent sense of accuracy
