Job Summary
A travel services company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Inbound Reservations Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting both English and Spanish speaking owners
- Providing translation services for other departments as needed
- Taking calls from excited owners who are ready to explore new destinations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Six months of customer service or sales experience
- Strong active listening and problem solving skills
- High speed internet (DSL or Cable only)
- Download speed of 10mbps, upload speed 2mbps, latency less than 80ms
