Job Summary
A consulting company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Information Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to daily emails from early education professionals
- Help ingprocess Web-based information requests
- Conducting research on complex inquiries and respond to control correspondence
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- English and Spanish fluency (oral and written) required
- 1 year of call center experience AND/OR chronic health issues, early childhood education related
- Excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
