An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Information Technology Service Desk Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
- Drive positive results in Customer Experience through timely responses and professional interaction
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bilingual Spanish
- High school diploma
- 6-12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 6-12 months customer service experience in a professional industry
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
