Job Summary
An international insurance company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Insurance Call Center Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from our Spanish-speaking customers
- Navigate through multiple computer systems
- Share expertise of products and services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher or relevant work experience
- Customer service experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
