Job Summary

An international insurance company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Insurance Call Center Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from our Spanish-speaking customers
• Navigate through multiple computer systems
• Share expertise of products and services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Two years of post-secondary education or higher or relevant work experience
• Customer service experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
