Job Summary

A global insurance company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Insurance Claims Customer Care Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing best-in-class service to customers while processing new claims
  • Providing policyholders with the information they need by clearly setting expectations and outlining next steps
  • Supporting policyholders while their claims are being processed

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be bilingual Spanish/English
  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Appropriate licenses or willingness to obtain licenses via company-sponsored training
  • Proficiency using computers, including Microsoft Outlook and keyboard shortcuts
  • Strong time-management and multi-tasking capabilities
