Job Summary

A multi-national insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Insurance Customer Service or Sales Representative in Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting customers’ inquiries and insurance policy needs
• Answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
• Demonstrating empathy while setting up new claim reports

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Two years of post-secondary education or higher
• Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
