An insurance company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing support to our customers
  • Communicating insurance policy status
  • Addressing customer concerns

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Six months of Customer Service experience required
  • Prior insurance or contact center experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office, internet browsers
  • Demonstration of strong customer service skills
  • Demonstration of effective oral and written communication skills
