Job Summary
An insurance technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Insurance Technology Customer Service Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and resolving inquiries from/to customers and/or carriers and/or partners
- Reviewing and updating our Carrier systems to accurately reflect changes to customer policies
- Providing support to field agents who have questions related to our products, systems, or services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual Spanish
- 1 to 2 years customer service experience
- P&C licensed or ability to pass your resident state P&C licensing exam
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with co-workers including peers and leaders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
