Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Insurance Verification Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Install and uninstall applications and download products and applications using various browsers
  • Provide personalized customer service support via phone, email and/or live chat

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • USB headset with a microphone
  • At least 1-year experience in a high-volume, customer-service role
  • Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows OS and/or Mac OS versions
