Job Summary

An occupational health company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Intake Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering and directing incoming Incident Intervention calls to appropriate associates
  • Entering cases into database system in a timely manner
  • Contacting clinics or hospitals to obtain employee medical records as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality
