A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Intuit Customer Service Agent.

Must be able to:

• Provide Spanish and English customer service to customers
• Leverage your excellent listening skills and empathy
• Answer questions and provide information

Qualifications Include:

• The ability to provide excellent customer service by phone with sincerity and professionalism
• Proficient and experienced PC skills with Microsoft office, dual screens and toggling
• Multitasking ability
