Job Summary
A marketing and advertising firm is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Latin American Marketing Business Development Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing a growing team of BDR's
- Establishing and enforcing best practices in the areas of lead sourcing, pipeline management, and sales funnel reporting
- Conducting weekly 1:1 meetings with BDR's to provide hands-on coaching and development
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent English/Spanish communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- 2-3 years business development experience required
- Proficient use of Salesforce CRM
- Ability to effectively build and manage KPIs
- Must be comfortable and competent in communications with veteran sales representatives and executives
