A digital customer engagement services company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Lead Digital Healthcare Project Phone and Ticket Support Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide phone & ticket support for mods of the client's digital healthcare platform
- Take calls in a quiet workspace
- Assist and guide customers to the right answers
