Job Summary
A non-profit behavioral and social science research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Learning and Development Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing day-to-day implementation of projects and processes
- Identifying training needs
- Contributing to the development of learning solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, International Studies, or related
- 3+ years of related experience in a global organization
- Experience in instructional design based on occupational analysis
- Fluent Spanish speaker with strong cross-cultural written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency working across the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technology
