An electronic payment processing company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Legal Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing as a legal and corporate focal point in commercial negotiations
- Drafting, negotiating and managing various commercial agreements
- Assisting with corporate governance matters
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Member in good standing of the Bar
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate, commercial, and transactional law
- Experience in drafting and reviewing information technology contracts
- Minimum 3 years previous in house or law firm experience
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
- Great ability to develop interpersonal relationships
