Job Summary

An electronic payment processing company has a current position open for a Legal Counsel (Bilingual) in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing as a legal and corporate focal point in commercial negotiations with company's current & prospective customers
• Drafting, negotiation and management of various commercial agreements, assist with corporate governance matters
• Providing assistance managing and monitoring certain litigation across North America and Latin America

Position Requirements Include:

• Member in good standing of the Bar
• English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a must for this role
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate, commercial, and transactional law
• Experience in drafting and reviewing information technology contracts
• Minimum 3 years previous in house or law firm experience
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
