A software development company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Level 2 Data Analyst Technical Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping final client users and team members to find and solve issues regarding data consistency
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting using the existing tools and databases
  • Detecting and reporting bugs, always having an open mind to propose new improvements

Qualifications Include:

  • Fluency in English & Spanish
  • Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field
  • Python knowledge
  • HelpDesk experience
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
  • Ability to handle many interruptions and get things done anyway
