Job Summary
A software provider for local and state governments needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Licensed Health Care Agent in Kissimmee.
Must be able to:
- Provide prompt and friendly customer interactions via phone, e-mail and online chat
- Complete a cost / plan analysis to identify the best products for prospective customers
- Make recommendations for new and add on insurance plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have a current Health Insurance license
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be fluent in written and verbal Spanish
- Must utilize strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
