Job Summary
An outsourcing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Licensed Health Care Agent in Winter Haven.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Complete a cost / plan analysis to identify the best products for prospective customers
- Provide prompt and friendly customer interactions via phone, e-mail and online chat
- Make recommendations for new and add on insurance plans
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be fluent in written and verbal Spanish
- Must have a current Health Insurance license
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must utilize strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- High Speed Internet
