An insuranace company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Licensed Health Plan Advisor Trainee.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Help individuals select the right health insurance plan that fits their needs
- Meet monthly sales goals including quality and conversion goals
- Place outbound calls for member outreach
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have excellent attendance, along with consistent dependability and flexibility in the workplace
- High school diploma or GED
- Meet all requirements to obtain and maintain licensed agent status
- Prior sales or customer service skills
- Bilingual - fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and good team player
