Job Summary
A mutual insurance company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Licensed Insurance Agent.
Must be able to:
- Answer inbound customer inquiries on coverage limits, deductibles, etc
- Provide quotes and bind coverage for customers in a timely fashion
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is required
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to use dual monitors
- Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is required
- Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
- Previous work from home call center experience required
- Effective phone communication, analytical, decision making, and human relation skills
