Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Loan Officer Partner.

Must be able to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with borrowers and referral partners
  • Orchestrate the completion of loan applications
  • Coordinate discussions between the loan officer, referral partners, and clients

Required Skills:

  • Bi-lingual - English / Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience as a LOA/Loan Partner, Processor, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter required
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA)
  • Up-to-date NMLS license or willing to get licensed within 90 days
  • Understands automated underwriting systems such as DU and LP
