A mortgage lending company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Loan Servicing Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing outbound calls and receive inbound calls from Borrowers
- Providing customer service support to borrowers
- Pulling all required documents for the new loans
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in banking or financial related field
- Exceptional Customer Service skills required
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Highly proficient PC skills including MS Excel and Word
- Great organization skills
