Job Summary
A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Marketing Executive Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Work closely with the General Manager to execute professional projects and back up the CEO’s Office
- Manage, book, optimize, and support calendar coordination across multiple calendars and time zones
- Prepare various expense reports and other administrative requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated ability to lead with the resourcefulness and energy of a start-up employee
- Be detail-oriented, proactive, motivated and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Proven experience in both large to small scale events and travel planning
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
