Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the team in coordinating the care of members
- Providing practice support
- Making periodic telephonic outreach calls to members, caregivers, and other care team members as directed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, in writing, reading and speaking
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge and understanding of chronic care management processes
- A strong proficiency in computer software navigation; data entry and data cleansing
