Job Summary
A medical claims reviews and revenue recovery provider is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Medical Claims Customer Service Representative in Columbus.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing information pertaining to medical claims and/or bill received or obtain details of complaints
- Handling a high volume of telephone calls with professionalism and urgency
- Checking to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person
- Bilingual - English/Spanish required
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette
- Ability to Multi-Task
