Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Medical Resolution Specialist 1.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and foster ongoing communications with government agencies regarding the status of claims
- Document and update internal database based on all daily activity
- Identify and take appropriate actions to complete and submit financial, medical and personal information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Computer skills, including word processing, basic keyboard skills
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion without direct supervision
